Redhook recognizes the importance of community involvement and welcomes the opportunity to give back to our community by supporting local organizations. Funding decisions are made by our Donation Committee, a select group of employees at our brewery. Redhook looks for local organizations that display an authentic, innovative approach to their mission and objectives that match up with our internal values.
Donation requests are accepted for in-kind donations only.
Redhook donates only to non-profit organizations with a 501(c)3 status. Because of the number of requests we receive, we are not be able to grant all requests, therefore, submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.
Complete the Donation Request Form and email it to donationsWA@redhook.com. You can request an application by calling us at 425.483.3232 x1202, or at our brewery located 14300 NE 145th Street, Woodinville, WA 98072. Submit your request through e-mail, mail, by fax or in person at the contact information given below. Please include proof of your non-profit status by supplying us with your IRS letter designating your status. The State of Washington requires us to collect a copy of your Special Occasions License to serve, auction or raffle donated beer. We will accept a copy of your application if you have not yet received your license. A Banquet Permit does not meet this requirement.
Our Donations Committee meets once per month. We encourage organizations to submit requests at least 60 days in advance to ensure adequate time for committee review and processing prior to your event. We are unable to guarantee review of requests that are received less than 30 days prior to an event.
Our Donations Coordinator will communicate whether we can accommodate the request to the contact person listed on the Donations Request. Please note that donations must be picked up on Wednesdays.
