Redhook’s Hauling Ash This Weekend. Are You?

This Sunday, May 15, Redhook will be riding in the16th Annual Redhook Haul Ash ride, a leisurely bike ride commemorating the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens. He’d love to have you join him.

Mount St. Helens erupted on May 18, 1980, a year before Redhook was born.

The 42-mile roundtrip ride starts at Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, continues to Fremont and doubles back to the brewery. At the halfway point, lots of folks plan to refresh at LTD Bar & Grill before heading back. Redhook will be there too.

Once you get back to the brewery, you can attend the Haul Ash After Party in the grassy bowl, with music, BBQ and a Redhook beer garden. Should be a lot of fun.

Please don’t be this guy at the after party.

Pre-registration for the ride is closed, but you can still show up at the brewery on Sunday, ready to ride. The gates open at 11:30 am. You can find all the details here.

Lastly, in Amsterdam, it seems they have a different take on combining beer and bicycles. Ah, the Dutch.

See you at the Haul Ash.
